If you require 2019 CC software, please request a named user license. The latest software that device-based licenses can install is 2018. Note: CC 2019 software is not available on device-based licenses. Yearly subscription begins and ends on the 26 June. You can purchase the full suite of Creative Cloud software or individual applications as a named user or for a single device with unlimited users.

The Help Desk will then provide you with a link to the proper download site. Please be ready to provide your order number, the software title needed and operating system. If the Shared Device installer is required, please contact the Technology Help Desk to request access to the proper installer. To install the software on a shared machine or in a lab environment, please provide the username “labinstall” when the software is purchased in the Software Store on PantherExpress. To install Acrobat or Creative Cloud on a user’s dedicated machine, please provide the user's primary University Computing Account when the software is purchased in the Software Store on PantherExpress.
